The Centre de santé et de services sociaux Cavendish
offers services to residents of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Montreal West, Côte St. Luc, Hampstead and Snowdon West. It is comprised of CLSC de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce-Montréal Ouest, CLSC René-Cassin, Richardson Hospital and the Henri-Bradet Residential Centre.
Mission
The mission of the Centre de santé et de services sociaux Cavendish (CSSS) is to improve the health and well-being of the population on its territory. Rich with the diversity and strengths of its community and staff, the CSSS is committed to the principle that each individual has access to health and social services that respond to his or her needs at every stage of life.
The CSSS offers health and social services in the community as well as rehabilitation services and long-term care. As a centre affilié universitaire de gérontologie sociale it also has a teaching and research mandate. |

CLSC de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce-Montréal-Ouest and CLSC René-Cassin From Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 8:00am to 4:00pm
Test centres
The test centres at CLSC de NDG–Montréal-Ouest and CLSC René-Cassin are open from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 9:30am. The test centre at CLSC René-Cassin is also open on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 10:00am. No appointment is required.
