What role does the Commission play?
The Commission is responsible for providing advice to the Agence’s Board of Directors regarding:
- the organization, distribution and integration of nursing care throughout the territory, and nursing manpower planning, in relation to regional service organization plans;
- certain issues linked to the accessibility and coordination of services in the region, and that involve nursing care;
- innovative care approaches and their effect on the health and well-being of the population.

The Regional Multidisciplinary Commission is made up of thirteen members, one member designated by the Agence, and three observers.
