| Medical Appointments If you are worried about your health or the health of a loved one, call Info-santé. The phone number to dial to reach Info-Santé from anywhere in Québec, except Terres-Cries-de-la-Baie-James and Nunavik, is 811. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, please dial 711 to reach the Bell Relay Service, which will connect you with Info-Santé. The brochure Access to Health Care in your Neighbourhood lists the resources available in your neighbourhood. You may also visit a doctor at a walk-in clinic. To find a walk-in clinic, use the search tool provided here. You can also refer to our list of network clinics. Call the clinic for information on its office hours for walk-in patients before going. You can also contact a family medicine group (GMF) to ask if new patients are accepted. If you know the first and last name of a doctor and would like to find out where s/he practices, contact the Collège des médecins du Québec. Finally, you can always obtain help at a hospital emergency department, if necessary. To see a doctor outside the Montreal area, call the Agence de la santé et des services sociaux for the specific area.
