| Requesting translation* or revision** of documents The Interregional Interpreters Bank offers establishments, organizations and institutions translation or revision services in several languages for documents. A minimal charge applies for each translation or revision. Any establishment, organization or institution wishing to use the services of a translator must fill out the Request form for translation or revision of documents. Establishments, organizations or institutions may contact a person assigned at the Interregional Interpreters Bank, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 12:00 noon and 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. They may leave a voice mail message at any time. For the translations, a minimum charge equal to the cost of one hour of interpretation applies. Fees are based on the number of words in the French version. The cost may be higher if any additional work is required. For the revisions, a contractual amount is determined. The cost may be higher if any additional work is required. All fees for services are paid in full to the translators and revisers. The Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de Montréal takes care of coordination and administration expenses.
