In accordance with section 344 of the Act Respecting Health and Social Services (R.S.Q., chapter S-4.2), the Agency is mandated to inform users in its territory about the health and social services offered to them. One of the means put in place by the Agency to do this is an information and referral service for the population of its territory.
This service enables users to communicate by telephone or by email with a dedicated staff person. Users are, also, encouraged to consult the Frequently Asked Questions section of the website, where responses to questions that are often posed are regrouped thematically. The information and referral service is accessible Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 12 noon and between 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm. Users’ Rights and Recourse For information concerning your rights and recourse, or if you are dissatisfied with services or wish to lodge a complaint, please consult the Help and Complaints section.
