Finding your way around the health and social service system

Montréal has 90 institutions providing care and services via some 335 facilities and service locations. In addition to routine and specialized care in all disciplines, the institutions offer a complete range of ultra-specialized services thanks to Montréal's three university hospital centres (CHU), five university institutes, seven affiliated university centres and four institutions with a supraregional mission.

Montréal's Regional Program of Access to Services in the English Language (2007-2010) has designated institutions that provide all their services in English and another that provide some of their services in English.
