Access Guichet ID-ASD-PD

The ID-ASD-PD Access Desk at each of Montréal’s five CIUSSS receives and processes applications for CLSC services and rehabilitation services for clients with intellectual disabilities (ID), autism spectrum disorders (ASD) or physical disabilities (PD) delivered throughout the areas served.

The Access Desk is designed to

  • reduce the number of steps in the process, and
  • make it easier to access these services.
